Soft Washing for Delicate Surfaces
Not everything should meet a high-pressure tip. Vinyl siding, painted wood, stucco, screens, roofing, and older trim can be damaged by force that concrete shrugs off. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to break down algae, mildew, and organic staining, then rinses it away. The result on siding is usually better than pressure alone, because it treats the growth instead of blasting the top layer off and leaving roots behind.

Decks, Patios and Porches
Softer on wood, firmer on concrete and pavers. Decks, porches, patios and pool decks are $75 each, or $70 bundled.
Fences
Wood fences green up on the shaded face and gray out on the sun side; vinyl holds a film a hose will not touch. $100, or $95 bundled.
Lanais and Screened Areas
Screens tear and frames dent, so these get a soft wash. Lanais and screen enclosures start at $75 ($70 bundled).
Sheds, Pool Houses and Detached Garages
The outbuildings that suddenly look terrible next to a clean house. Sheds $75 ($70), detached garages $85 ($80), pool houses $100 ($95).
Gutter Exteriors
The gray streaking on the gutter face washes off at $100 ($95 bundled). Clearing the inside is gutter cleaning.

House washing runs $150 to $700 depending on the square footage of the home. Add-ons start at $15 for a mailbox and run up to $125 for an RV or boat. A lanai or screened enclosure is $75.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not the way we do it. Delicate surfaces get soft washing — lower pressure, more cleaning solution — so mildew and pollen come off without stripping paint or driving water where it shouldn't go.
Can I bundle it with a house cleaning?
Yes, and you should. Book pressure washing at the same time as a house cleaning and you take 5% off the pressure washing side.
How often should a house be washed?
Once a year is right for most homes in West Georgia. Our climate grows mildew and drops pollen fast, and north-facing walls under trees usually need it soonest.
