Five Levels of House Cleaning
Every home is different, and so is every week. We offer five levels of home cleaning so you can match the work to what your house actually needs right now — weekly or biweekly cleaning, a one-time cleaning before company arrives, spring cleaning, or regular housekeeping. House and apartment cleaning are priced the same way, by bedroom count.
Light Cleaning
The regular reset. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, living room, and den — surfaces in every room wiped down, mirrors and glass cleaned, and all floors swept, vacuumed, and mopped.
Standard Cleaning
Everything in Light, plus appliance fronts, cabinet fronts, and the inside of the microwave. We also vacuum couch cushions and underneath them, clear the corners and ceilings, and dust the ceiling fans.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in Standard, plus inside windows, window sills and blinds, and the baseboards that get skipped for months at a time.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Everything in Deep, plus baseboards in all rooms, inside windows, window sills and blinds, cobwebs, inside the refrigerator, and a swept garage. See move-in / move-out cleaning.

Straightforward Pricing
Prices are based on the number of bedrooms, for homes up to 4,000 square feet. Larger than that, call the office and we'll price it properly. Light Cleaning starts at $155 for a one-bedroom and $175 for a three-bedroom. Standard starts at $185, Deep at $220. Full tables for every level and bedroom count are on the pricing page.
Cleaning on a schedule costs less: 20% off weekly service, 15% every two weeks, 10% every three weeks, and 5% monthly. Bundle house cleaning with pressure washing on the same visit and you save 5% on the washing side.

How often should I book?
Most homes do well on a recurring schedule, and recurring bookings save you money: 20% off weekly, 15% every two weeks, 10% every three weeks and 5% monthly. One-time cleans are fine too.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key, a code or a lockbox. If you'd rather be there, that works as well — our products are non-toxic, so you and your family can stay in the house while we clean.
What's the difference between Light, Standard and Deep?
Light is upkeep on an already-tidy home. Standard adds detail work like baseboards and appliance fronts. Deep gets into the places that only get touched once or twice a year — inside the oven and fridge, grout, vents and cabinet interiors.
