Pressure washing is priced by home square footage, starting at $150.

Light covers the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, living room and den — surfaces wiped down, mirrors and glass cleaned, and all floors mopped, swept and vacuumed. Standard adds appliance fronts, cabinet fronts and the inside of the microwave, plus couch cushions vacuumed top and underneath, corners and ceilings cleared, and ceiling fans dusted. Both add baseboards in every room, inside windows, window sills and blinds, cobweb removal, the inside of the fridge, a swept garage, and the washer and dryer inside and out. Airbnb cleans also include making beds — we'll wash and dry the sheets if the home has a washer and dryer — and washing and putting away dishes. Move-out cleans require the home to be empty, with cabinets and drawers cleared.
